On November 5, the sixth Taizhou Pharmaceutical Quality Research Salon, hosted by Taizhou Pharmaceutical Society and Pharmaceutical Quality Research Professional Committee and undertaken by Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. was successfully held in Wenling International Hotel. Subsequently, Mr. Li Xiongwei, Director of Taizhou Municipal Market Supervision Administration and more than 80 guests, led by Mr. Lin Hong, Vice General Manager of Quality and Mr. Hu Shiqin, Vice General Manager of Administration, successively divided into two groups to visit the fully-automated overwrapping production line of Ginkgo biloba drops workshop and the company's exhibition hall of Wanbond Pharmaceutical. The lecturer introduced the company's development history, industrial layout, advantageous products and advanced technology in detail. All the guests appreciated the charm of Wanbond Pharmaceutical's intelligent manufacturing, automated equipment and advanced production process.
Afterwards, Mr. Zhao Shouhu, QC Director of Wanbond Pharmaceutical, gave a keynote speech titled "OOS Investigation", in which he elaborated the history of OOS, OOS investigation process based on MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency of the U.K.), as well as the prevention of OOS in practice, and analyzed the difference between the process of OOS investigation of FDA (Food and Drug Administration of the U.S.A.) and MHRA, and analyzed the difference between the process of OOS investigation of FDA and MHRA. It also analyzed in detail the difference between FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) and MHRA's OOS investigation process, described in detail some common cases of OOS investigation, and shared Wanbond Pharmaceutical's process and experience in OOS investigation. Representatives of each enterprise also introduced the OOS/OOT investigation of their enterprises in turn, put forward the common problems encountered by their enterprises in the inspection process, and hoped to solve the puzzles in the following breakout session.
Breakout sessions, the participants of the enterprises in six groups around the previous representatives of the enterprises submitted on the OOS investigation principles and processes, laboratory investigations, deviation handling and other representative of the 21 issues for discussion. During the discussion process, each enterprise representative put forward their own enterprise practices, but also put forward their own questions and views, each expressed their views, launched a heated discussion, collision of wisdom and thinking sparks. Through the discussion of the above issues within the discussion group basically reached a consensus, the end of the discussion, the groups were sent on behalf of the results of the discussion, and other groups to debate heatedly, the formation of consensus. Through this exchange, the 21 common problems submitted by the participating enterprises to get a preliminary solution to the program, the participants of the daily work of the OOS survey to further unify the understanding and investigation process, improve the level of investigators, enriching the professional knowledge of the enterprises to improve the OOS survey process and the integrity of the survey work has a profound guiding significance.
Then, the leaders of government departments, industry experts on behalf of the concluding remarks, mainly around the salon theme of the prevailing problems and challenges, expressed their views and suggestions.
